Products Description
Primopal offers a unique line of Stepper Lead Screw Linear Actuators that open new avenues for equipment designers that require high performance and endurance in a small package. The various products convert the rotational movement of a stepper motor to linear motion, with the use of a lead screw and an engineered thermoplastic nut . This allows linear actuators to provide quiet, efficient, durable and cost effective linear motion solutions. These linear actuators are ideal for applications that require a combination of precise positioning, rapid motion and long life. The available stroke length is within 1000mm, minimum travel step resolution 0.0015mm, max thrust can over than 240kgs. Typical applications include X-Y tables, medical equipment, semiconductor handling, telecommunications equipment, valve control, and numerous other uses. Variety of customizations are available upon request, such as screw length, custom designed nuts, anti-backlash nut, safety brake, encoder and others.

Q: I need a non-standard motor for my application, can you help? A: Certainly, most of our customers request custom configurations in one form or another. If you plan on replacing a motor in an existing application, just send us a drawing or sample and we can help you find a suitable replacement. Alternatively, contact us and describe your application, our engineers will work with you to create a solution tailor-made for you.   Q: Do you have any products in stock? Can I order samples first?  A: We stock many of our standard models. If you would like to test a sample first, we are glad to send some your way. Of course we do not stock specialized motors. If you have special needs, please let us know and we will try our best to send you samples as soon as possible.    Q: How long should I expect the lead-time/delivery to be? A:  If you are ordering samples of standard models, we can usually have them shipped and delivered within 5 days by air. When requesting custom motors, please allow us a 4-5 week lead-time.   Q: How are your products delivered? A: We are very flexible with shipping and have dealings with most major courier services around the world. When placing an order, simply provide us a shipping address and contact information, we will handle the rest. If there is a forwarder or courier you prefer to use, just let us know and we will accommodate.   Q: What can you tell me about the quality of your motors?  A: Delivering quality products is an absolute priority for us at LDO. We have test procedures throughout the manufacturing process starting from individual components. If you need a specialized motor from us, we also augment our existing test plans with custom testing solutions. In the rare case that an issue does arise, we will work with you to solve any problems in a timely and transparent manner.   Q: Do you provide OEM services? Can I request my own logo?
